Digital Product & Refund Policy

All products covered by this policy are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped to you.

Products are normally supplied as PDF files and may include guides, activity books and product bundles.

Delivery begins immediately after successful payment.

You are redirected to a secure purchase-confirmation page where the purchased files can be downloaded.

Download access remains valid for 30 days after purchase. Please download and safely store your files during this period.

If the download page or the files do not work, contact us at lets@getarcticready.com.

Consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases.

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost when delivery begins, if you have:

• expressly consented to immediate delivery; and
• acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is lost when delivery begins.

Get Arctic Ready provides immediate access after successful payment. Before purchase you will therefore be required to accept the applicable terms, request immediate delivery and acknowledge the resulting loss of the statutory withdrawal right.

If the legally required consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained, you retain any withdrawal rights provided by mandatory law.

The loss of the withdrawal right does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Please contact Get Arctic Ready if:

• the wrong product was delivered
• a file is missing, defective or corrupted
• the download link does not work
• the product materially differs from its description
• you were charged more than once for the same purchase
• payment was taken but the product was not made available
• FRIBORG CREATIVE otherwise failed to fulfil the purchase agreement

Depending on the circumstances and mandatory consumer law, the remedy may include:

• renewed download access
• delivery of the correct files
• correction or replacement
• an appropriate price reduction
• a full or partial refund

Once immediate digital delivery has begun following valid consent and acknowledgement, a refund is not normally provided merely because you:

• changed your mind
• no longer need the product
• did not read the product description
• lack compatible software, a suitable device or a printer
• did not download the files during the stated 30-day access period

This does not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies for defective or incorrectly supplied content.

Email lets@getarcticready.com and include:

• the email address used for the purchase
• the product purchased
• the approximate purchase date
• a clear description of the problem
• screenshots where useful, without including complete card details

Never send complete payment-card details by email.

Requests are assessed individually and fairly under the applicable agreement and mandatory consumer law.

An approved refund will normally be returned through Stripe to the original payment method.

FRIBORG CREATIVE will initiate approved refunds without undue delay and within any applicable legal deadline.

Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears.

Any currency difference or third-party conversion charge imposed by a bank or card provider is outside FRIBORG CREATIVE's control, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

If you do not recognise a charge, or believe you were charged twice, please contact lets@getarcticready.com promptly.

The card-statement descriptor is "GET ARCTIC READY".

You are always free to exercise any lawful chargeback or card-provider rights available to you.

This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

If there is any conflict, mandatory consumer law takes priority.
