Get Arctic Ready is the customer-facing brand operated by FRIBORG CREATIVE, a Norwegian sole proprietorship.

These terms apply to downloadable guides, activity books, bundles and other digital products sold through getarcticready.com.

To make a purchase you must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise legally able to enter into the purchase agreement. Products intended for children must be purchased by an adult.

Our products are supplied as downloadable digital files, normally in PDF format.

The product page describes what is included in each purchase. Images and previews are illustrative, but the delivered product will correspond to its description.

You are responsible for having:

• a compatible device
• internet access
• software capable of opening PDF files
• a printer, if you want a physical copy

Printing is optional unless the relevant product description states otherwise.

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR).

The complete amount charged is shown in Stripe Checkout before you confirm payment.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Get Arctic Ready does not receive or store complete payment-card details.

Your bank or card provider may apply its own currency-conversion or international-payment charges. Such third-party charges are outside FRIBORG CREATIVE's control.

You select a product on the website and complete payment through Stripe Checkout.

The purchase agreement is formed when payment has been successfully completed and the purchase confirmation is displayed.

You must provide a valid email address and accurate payment information.

FRIBORG CREATIVE may reject or refund a transaction where there is a technical error, suspected fraud, an obviously incorrect price, or an inability to supply the purchased product.

Delivery begins immediately after successful payment.

You are redirected to a purchase-confirmation page where the purchased files can be downloaded.

The secure download access remains available for 30 days after purchase.

The 30-day limit applies to access through the download link. It does not prevent you from keeping and using files you have already downloaded, in accordance with the licence below.

We recommend downloading and safely storing your files during the access period.

If you experience a technical delivery problem, please contact lets@getarcticready.com.

Consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right may be lost once delivery begins if, before delivery:

• you have expressly consented to immediate delivery; and
• you have acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is lost when delivery begins.

Get Arctic Ready provides access immediately after successful payment. Before completing your purchase, you will therefore be asked to accept these Terms and to expressly request immediate delivery while acknowledging the resulting loss of the statutory right of withdrawal.

If the legally required consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained, you retain any withdrawal rights provided by mandatory law.

Loss of the withdrawal right does not remove your statutory rights if:

• the wrong product is delivered
• the file is defective or corrupted
• the download does not work
• the product materially differs from its description
• the seller otherwise fails to fulfil the agreement

FRIBORG CREATIVE may provide a replacement download, correct the problem, reduce the price or issue a refund, as required by applicable consumer law.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, store and use the purchased product for personal and household use.

You may print copies for your own or your household's personal use.

You may not:

• resell the product
• redistribute it outside your household
• upload the files to public or shared platforms
• share the download link or token
• modify the product for resale
• remove copyright or ownership notices
• use the content to create a competing commercial product

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or any other intellectual-property rights.

Travel, weather and safety information in our products is general preparation guidance. It does not replace:

• official warnings
• current weather or avalanche forecasts
• road information
• emergency-service advice
• professional guides
• medical or other professional advice

Conditions in Arctic regions change quickly. You must assess current conditions and consult official sources before making decisions.

The content does not guarantee safe travel, particular weather, Northern Lights, road access or any specific experience.

FRIBORG CREATIVE is responsible in accordance with mandatory applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited, or any mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to mandatory law, FRIBORG CREATIVE is not responsible for losses caused by:

• failure to follow official advice or warnings
• your own travel decisions
• incompatible devices or software
• third-party websites or services
• circumstances outside our reasonable control

Links to third-party services and official sources are provided for convenience. Their information, availability and policies are controlled by those third parties.

Product descriptions and these terms may be updated for future purchases.

The version accepted when you purchase applies to that purchase, unless a change is required by mandatory law or benefits you.

Material changes will not retroactively reduce rights you have already obtained.

The agreement is governed by Norwegian law.

This choice does not deprive consumers in another country of the mandatory protections granted by the law applicable to them.
